10-Year Limited Shed Warranty

Breezy Acres Sheds (of Auburn, NY) warrants to the original purchaser that every new shed is free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. If a defect is found, Breezy Acres Sheds will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component or structure.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain the validity of this 10-year limited warranty, the customer must comply with the following conditions:

1. Foundation Requirement: The shed must be installed and continuously maintained on an approved, level stone foundation to ensure proper drainage and prevent shifting.
2. Maintenance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep the exterior siding and trim re-painted to industry standards.
3. Fixed Location: The shed must remain at the original installation site where it was delivered by Breezy Acres Sheds. Relocating the shed to a new location voids this warranty entirely.
4. Non-Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable. It applies solely to the original purchaser and terminates immediately if the property is sold or the shed ownership is transferred to another party.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, vandalism, natural disasters (such as floods, high winds, or earthquakes), or ordinary wear and tear.
