We start with a personal consultation to gain a clear understanding of your needs, budget, and the physical area where your structure will be located.

Design

Through a series of design sessions, we’ll create your specialty shed from the ground up – adding the unique features for your shed application, and bringing the structure to life in 3D. After design approval, we’ll build your shed to our high-quality standards. A foundation of 4×4 pressure-treated timber is standard, providing moisture and rot resistance for long-lasting durability. We also keep our studs at 16” on center, which offers superior structural strength and makes it easy to add insulation, drywall, or interior finishes down the road.

Deliver

When it comes to delivery of your specialty shed, we go where others don’t! Even if your property is off the beaten path, our team has the skills and experience to deliver to your location with care and precision. We offer free delivery throughout the Finger Lakes region of New York. If you’re outside of our delivery area, we’re happy to provide a delivery quote.
