Assuming you have your shed pad ready, we can usually have an in-stock shed delivered within 3 days. For custom sheds or standard sheds that aren’t in stock, we suggest you plan for 3-4 weeks.

As long as you are buying a shed with standard options, there is no price difference between in-stock and ordered sheds.

We request 20% down at the point of purchase. We ask that you have the balance ready at delivery. For convenience, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

We have special trailers that can haul our largest sheds to your home.

We don’t have a written warranty, but various components (such as the roofing) have their own warranties. We almost never hear of problems with craftsmanship, but in those rare situations, we’ll make the situation right.

You’ll need to get your site ready. That means making sure you have a foundation for the shed and making sure that we can get the shed from the road to the location. 

When you place your order, we’ll ask about your site and will help you think through the preparation process. You’ll need a stone foundation that is at least 12” wider than the shed on all sides. Making a passageway for the shed might also mean taking down a fence post or two or cutting away some tree branches.

We suggest that you give us an opening at least 2’ wider than the shed. As for height, we must be less than 13’ 6” to travel on the highway, so if you’ve got that much vertical clearance, you’ll be fine.
