Gablewick Modular Garages
Gablewick two-story garages introduce practicality and opportunity in one sweep. We offer one- and two-car options, each featuring two stories. The second story is ideal for storage, but the possibilities extend far beyond that. Gablewick garage customers have discovered that the second story is an ideal place for additional living quarters, office space, or guest/Airbnb options.
These garages are modular structures, meaning they are crafted offsite, transported to the build location in several sections, and constructed in a matter of days.

We’re located just 45 minutes southwest of Syracuse, NY. Take I-90 to exit 40 (SR 34) south to Auburn. We’re conveniently located in the Grant Avenue Plaza in front of the Tractor Supply.
