Who is Breezy Acres?
Founded by Lamar Witmer and his family nearly 30 years ago, Breezy Acres continues as a family-operated business serving the upper Finger Lakes region of New York.
Beginning as a farmer’s market and garden center near Auburn, we first tried shed sales as an experiment. We had space on our lot, so we figured, why not set a few sheds out there for sale?
It was a success!
Over time, we began to develop the sheds part of the business, and we’ve since expanded our product line to include various styles of sheds, outdoor structures, and playsets, with an emphasis on customization and customer service.
Today, Lamar and his family still operate the garden center in season, and keep searching for more ways to help people with their storage needs.

Sheds

Two-Story Garages

Where can I find you?
We currently have two shed lots–one in Auburn and one in Geneva. They are both unstaffed lots, but you are welcome to stop by and browse on your own at any time. You’ll find detailed information about each shed on site. If you would prefer to have a guide, don’t hesitate to reach out and make an appointment with our sales team!
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we do. If you are within forty miles of our locations in Auburn or Geneva, we’ll deliver your shed or playset at no cost. If you’re not within our free delivery area, just give us a call, and we’ll get you a delivery quote.
Do you have any financing available?
Yes, we do. If you are ready to buy a shed or start your custom project but don’t want to pay for it all upfront, we can help you get pre-approved.

Visit us
Find the lot closest to you (Auburn or Geneva), and come by for a visit. The lots are always open, and we have a number of sheds and outdoor structures for you to look at. Each shed has an exterior sign with an overview description. Step inside, and you’ll find more detailed information. Browse the options with no sales pressure.
If you’d like to meet with us, call us beforehand to set up a time. We’ll be glad to show you around and answer your questions.
Choose and customize your structure

When you’re ready to purchase, call us or submit your request through one of the designers mentioned above.
Delivery
We’ll place the order, then we’ll call you when it’s ready. In the meantime, you’ll want to check on any permit and site prep needs. See our permitting and site prep pages for more details. When the big day comes, we’ll deliver your new structure.
